Phase 3 Cost Share Formula |

Vision North Texas Phase 3 is continuing as a public-private partnership among NCTCOG, the Urban Land Institute, UTA and others. A work plan for 2008-2009 has been developed, with a targeted annual budget of $300,000 - half from public sources and half from private sources. The Urban Land Institute is leading the private sector fundraising, with substantial in-kind services being sought. NCTCOG has assumed administrative and professional responsibilities for the partnership program, and is leading the public sector fundraising through voluntary annual contributions beginning in January 2006. The ten city population categories are shown below. Counties are being asked to participate based on the population of their unincorporated area. New for Fiscal Year 2009; the rates have been reduced by 15% over FY08.
