Better than Business as Usual 3: Natural Assets

BAU: Individual property owners and communities may choose to enhance or maintain natural assets as amenities. No clear consideration for regional implications of these choices and no way to maximize benefits from these regional assets.

Better: Natural assets that play an integral role in the character of the region and the quality of life and health of its residents.
